Instructions for the new operation of the dental office

Due to the new data concerning covid-19 and in order to ensure the maximum safety of all, we have made the following modifications to the operation of our dental clinic.

Telephone communication & appointment:

Our communication takes place exclusively with "call me back" service. You contact our office at 2310238404 and leave your name and telephone numbers (mobile and landline) on the answering machine. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Arrival at the apartment building:

1. You arrive unaccompanied, if possible, at the exact time of the appointment at the entrance of the apartment building and inform by phone about your arrival at 2310238404. Alternatively, you inform via intercom about your arrival.

2. Wait for a phone or verbal confirmation to feel free to go up to the 3rd floor of the doctor's office and wear your mask. Keys, cell phones and anything else you have in your hand you should put it in a bag.

3. The door will be waiting for you open to enter the doctor's office. In case you do not find it open do not worry. Wait outside the entrance where a camera is installed for this purpose. Soon we will open the door for you. You will not use the bell and you will not touch any knob.​

Arrival at the waiting area:

​1. Before entering the waiting area, we perform a thermometer measurement with a wireless front thermometer. In case your temperature is higher than 37.4 degrees, access to the space is not accepted and we repeat our appointment after 7 days by phone.

2. You enter the waiting area and you place your bag and jacket in the special sterile box that has been placed for this purpose. Discard any gloves in the special bin available for this purpose.

3. Then apply hand hygiene with the antiseptic gel that you will find in the waiting room and go directly into the office.
Staying in the waiting room is not allowed. An exception is the case of a necessary attendant.

Arrival at the doctor's office:

1. You enter the doctor's office and sit directly in the dental chair. You dispose your mask in a individual bag that we will provide you.

2. Immediately after we give you a mouthwash of 1% hydrogen peroxide which you should apply with gargle for one minute.

3. After that we provide the dental treatment.

4. After finishing the procedure wear a disposable mask again 

Payment:

​1. Payment can be made either in cash or by contactless card transaction.

2. The receipt block and the POS terminal have been installed in the waiting area.

3. Before using the POS, apply hand hygiene with the antiseptic gel present in the waiting room.

Toilet use (WC)

​1. In case you need to use the toilet, you must first apply hand hygiene with the antiseptic gel in the waiting room.
2.Then you can enter the toilet where antiseptic wipes have been placed which you will use to open the tap or press the button.
3.A disposable paper dispenser has also been installed.
4.After using the toilet, apply hand hygiene with soap and water.

Although we continue the battle with the invisible enemy, our relationship remains visible and always guided by the security of all of us.
